House with a history of more than 80 years, recently remodeled in the city center of Matosinhos, 500 meters from the beach, close to the metro stop and all necessary amenities. The house is suitable for 4 people, consisting of two double bedrooms, office, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped together with the living room. We have a cozy outdoor space in which you can enjoy outdoor meals. The house is located on the 1st floor, having a staircase at the entrance.
