Semi-detached villa with independent entrance and garden, finely furnished in a quiet residential area, located 5 km away from Porto Empedocle, only 4 km from the beautiful Scala dei Turchi and 11 km from the Valley of the Temples. The terrace offers the possibility to use the swimming pool, the whirlpool and the solarium area; the free swimming pool is open from May 15 to October with 24/24 access. The whirlpool is always available. A car is required to get around.
