The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

Our original family home. The apartment is characterized by the beautiful original cement tiles: it is bright, fresh, ventilated, well-furnished and equipped. Comfortable and quiet, with a large and usable balcony of 5 square meters, a view and an exclusive and enchanting location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (local police/carabinieri barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the village with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the beaches, by car, in 15 minutes.

La Romantica is located in the oldest area of the castle, and It will welcome you with its bright, warm, and sophisticated environment. Its private entrance, ample spaces, 65 square meters, two windows overlooking the greenery of the moat below, the ancient stone walls, the concrete floor, sofas, and antique furniture make it an ideal place to enjoy relaxing moments that will take you back in time, with all the comforts of the present. In winter, the fireplace will provide an additional touch of warmth and magic!

The ancient turret has been restored with respect for its history and soul. Wooden furnishings finished with natural oils, stone and lime walls, handmade terracotta floors with bee wax finish, and underfloor heating make this structure healthy and environmentally friendly. Artwork is on display in the spaces. House amenities include: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, kitchen, a beautiful fireplace, and a terrace with breathtaking views.

In Maratea, a romantic apartment with a balcony from which to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea overlooking the Gulf of Sapri and the Punta degli Infreschi. The apartment is located in the "Residence degli Ulivi", 100 meters from Villa Tarantini, home to shows and cultural events. The characteristic old town, with its typical square, can also be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
