Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick und einer gemütlichen Lounge-Ecke, die zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen einlädt. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 2. Etage ohne Aufzug. Ich werde Sie als Gastgeberin persönlich in Cala Anguila willkommen heißen und Ihnen die Wohnung zeigen. Im Sommer kann es sehr sonnig und warm auf der Terrasse werden. (Es gibt einen großen Sonnenschirm.) Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für 2 Gäste, da es im Innenraum nur Sitzgelegenheit für 2 Personen gibt. Es sind allerdings 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In unserem tollen Strandhaus läßt es sich herrlich am Pool chillen, an den Strand gehen und ein leckeres Barbecue genießen. Abends kann man schön auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unser Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet. Tagsüber, wenn es heiß ist, kann man auf der vorderen Terrasse (im Schatten) aufs Meer gucken oder hinten auf der anderen Terrasse in der Sonne am Pool liegen. So gibt es immer für jeden ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen.

This nice apartment consists of a large living room with a 20 meter terrace and a good equipped kitchen (blender, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave). It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The accomodation is cozy and well furnished, with charming views on a garden and pool on one side and a field on the other side. The residence is very pleasant, quiet with a large swimming pool. Ideal for a family vacation.
