With almost 100m², the apartment has a large combined living and dining room, a kitchen equipped with all the basic utensils, and Wi-Fi. We are renovating and making improvements to the apartment, in case you find them different from the photos. The bathroom has already been renovated. We lived very happily in this apartment for 20 years. The famous Porto Alegre sunset is amazing from our windows! In 2021, we renovated everything: we knocked down walls, redid the hydraulics, electricity and furnished it especially to receive you. We equipped the apartment with what we like to use and represents welcoming well, such as wine glasses, new linens/mattresses, a corner for coffee and enjoying the view, good showers, etc. We love the result and are happy to share this experience!
