This modern 2 bedroom private basement apartment occupies a full floor of a 1907 Craftsman in the heart of the Alphabet Historic District. Features include king mattresses from Helix for a great night's sleep, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and Nespresso maker, and original art from local artists.

Lovely remodeled separate basement suite in a 1905 house! 1 bd (queen), 1 ba, living room (full sofa sleeper), and kitchette/laundry. Stays naturally cool below 72 F all summer. Walk score 87, public transit 71, and biking 98! Walk to the OR Convention Center and Moda Center (20 min). Great fit for those out and about during the day, but want quiet at night. Squeaky clean, but no cleaning fee and no check out chores! This listing supports a public teacher.

Includes access to 3rd floor private balcony (furniture removed in fall / winter) . One of the last grand mansions downtown that hasn't been converted to condos or offices. We are at the shopping and restaurant districts of Northwest 21st and 23rd Avenues. Walkability score of 97!

The Hen House: Private unit in NE

The Hen House is a converted garage, built from mostly salvaged material, and has everything you need for an easy visit. The loft has a queen bed but stairs are very steep so I recommend the pullout single bed downstairs if uncomfortable with steps. I'm near Mississippi area, Williams and Alberta Arts District with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Unit stands alone and there is a garden and friendly animals to hang with outside. Dogs allowed.
