Really loved my night at the flat. Such a peaceful location. It felt clean, tidy and really homely. There's a beautiful view over the sea (cracking sunrise!) and you can join the SW Coast path within a couple of minutes from the door! Amazing! The bathroom looked brand new (looked very different from the photo) which was nice! Fancy light up mirror and heated towel rail, just wish the shower had a bit more oomph! Would highly recommend! 😊

Excellent stay in New Polzeath. Easy access to local amenities. Having stayed in this apartment and other is the block a number of times over many years. Never disappointed! Lovely surroundings, quiet accommodation but only a short walk to Polzeath for surf and lovely food. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone who likes good surf and lots of places to eat and drink.

What an amazing place, accomodation was perfect, Sue is a great host . Very helpful with parking of our 2 vans . We had the perfect week of weather to site and chill . Can not recommend enough .

Mitch’s place was a great place for us to center ourselves in Cornwall. Great location! Loved being able to use the washer. Mitch was helpful as well!

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Penryn. Damien was really friendly and met us when we arrived. Communication was great throughout our stay too, which made everything really easy. The flat was a perfect base for getting around, the bed was super comfy, and the view was gorgeous. Thanks so much for having us, Damien!

Robyn’s Sunshine cottage was the cosiest cottage , beautiful inside with stunning surroundings . The log burner was so cosy at night . We had a wonderful bank holiday in Porthleven and will 100% be returning ! Robyn was great with communication and let us know the place was ready early had we already arrived ! Thank you so much

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

Nine of us had a wonderful stay in the main house and annexe for my daughters hen do - it was the perfect space to relax near Polzeath. House is incredible and plenty of space for us all. Iain was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our morning greetings from Marmalade.

Beautiful accommodation, comfortable, with reserved parking. Essential but absolutely complete supplies. Perfect for families and/or holidays with the sea 100 meters away. Francesco

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

Short stay but everything required if a longer stay needed. Very comfortable beds! There was an issue with WiFi and water but beyond anyone's control and Caroline kept us updated, even sending her husband to be present for the BT engineer when we had to leave on the last day. Thank you.

Lovely little place to stay for a few days! Walking distance to some really nice food spots in Newquay and only an hour-ish away from most of the famous Cornish spots like Tintagel. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Oenone's apartment. The space is bright and airy and was perfect for what we needed for our short break in Falmouth, with wasy access to local beaches by car and the town centre by foot. Oenone was a fantastic host - always replied to messages quickly, and went above and beyond to accomodate our requirements and resolve an issue with the fridge during our stay. I would highly recommend staying in this or any of Oenone's apartments.

The studio apartment is in an ideal location both for walking to the town and beaches of St Ives, and for driving to other areas of Cornwall. Everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable, convenient and practical is provided. Susi and Graham are friendly and eager to help in any way.

Me and my partner were down for a powerlifting competition for the weekend and crispians spot was the perfect location as it was less then a 10 minute walk to the gym that I needed to go to. The Airbnb itself was lovely, had everything we needed, place was spotless, bed was comfy, felt like a nice homely Airbnb. Would most likely stay here again if we came to st Ives again
