Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Porta Venezia, Milan

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Michele ! Le lieu était propre et accueillant. Nous étions proches du métro et du quartier Navigli. Un chouette appartement, je conseille ☺️

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica durante il nostro soggiorno a Lainate! Mi trovavo a Milano per la Fiera di Milano e la posizione era ideale: tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina alla fiera, il che ha reso gli spostamenti molto facili. L'host è stato molto accogliente e attento, la comunicazione è stata rapida e chiara. L'appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato ed esattamente come nelle foto. Ho apprezzato in particolar modo l'atmosfera locale: una bellissima zona con ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa in fiera. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un'alternativa tranquilla e confortevole al caos cittadino, ma con facile accesso a Milano!

住宿整体感觉不错，但是公共交通比较少，需要自行配备车辆。洗浴的时候出水量很小，没有洗发水，WI-FI网络速度不快。

정원과 함께 있는 이 집은 정말 아름답고 훌륭합니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 응답이 빠르며 저희를 존중해줬어요. 다시 밀란에 온다면 다시 오고 싶어요.

Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung, die sehr zentral gelegen ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberin war immer schnell, höflich und unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Un séjour absolument parfait! Logement situé à proximité du charmant quartier de Navigli. Le centre historique de Milan est très facilement accessible par le tram (ligne2) et un arrêt de bus se trouve à quelques pas du logement. L’appartement se situe dans une jolie résidence, accès sécurisé et très calme. L’appartement de Piero est très agréable, petit jardin privé, bel espace de vie, cuisine bien équipée & literie confortable. Piero a la gentillesse de laisser à disposition tout ce qui permet de cuisiner & petit déjeuner, on se sent comme chez soi! Une très bonne adresse que je recommande.

location was perfect for getting around with one of the main lines right at the end of the street. apartment was comfortable and had good storage closets and bathroom space. grocery store very close too! no dryer so be prepared to hang your clothes but that's the way you do it in Italy! Rocco and his daughter were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I would rent again for sure!

Really a very special place: A historic apartment which is stylishly decorated. Very clean and well equipped. The feel of a 6 star hotel. Very special to be able to stay at Gianfranco's. He reacted quickly on messages. The place has great connections with trains and tram. A true quiet gem!

Чудова квартира у затишному районі міста. Гарне розташування, поряд є метро, ресторани, до Дуомо приблизно 30 хвилин пішки. В квартирі було все необхідне для комфортного проживання - посуда, пральна та сушильна машина, рушники, посудомийна машина Зайти в помешкання також було легко, головне, щоб був інтернет, про це попереджають заздалегідь. Комфортне спілкування з власниками. Дякую, нам сподобалося!

We hebben fijne dagen gehad. De studio is erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Binnen 10 minuten ben je bij een metro station, zo hebben wij Milaan kunnen ontdekken! Mirella is een fijne host en er lagen veel tips in de studio voor leuke restaurantjes.

This is a cozy apartment located in the heart of the student district. The host is welcoming and responsive, making the stay even more pleasant. The apartment offers a beautiful view, and the location is convenient—just about a 10-minute walk from the metro station. If you're planning a stay in Milan, I definitely recommend considering this apartment.

Maurizio and Paola were very kind and courteous hosts. I was met by Paola who showed me into into the apartment and suggested local places to eat and shop. I met Maurizio a couple days later and found him equally charming. The apartment is secure, spacious and well equipped. Everything is as advertised. It is in a street with many restaurants, yet is secluded and peaceful. It's a short walk from the central station and La Repubblica Metro, so getting anywhere is easy. I would have no hesitation in revisiting should I return to Milan. Highly recommended.

Five minutes to two different metro lines. Lots of bars and restaurants in every direction. Just around the corner from a grocery store. Feels very peaceful up in the attic with great views. The place is more spacious than we expected. Nice to have laundry and a full kitchen. Please note that there are exterior blinds on the windows so you can sleep in darkness in the morning.

We stayed 8 nights at this incredible apartment. It is exactly as captured in the photos. The apartment is extremely clean, modern and absolutely stunning. The hosts are always available and fast to respond. Jari and Francesca even took the time to make several day trip recommendations and let us know the locations and options of all of the grocery stores around us. The location is close to several different types of grocery stores and near Eataly, which is similar to a Whole Foods. Each store within about a 5-8 minute walk. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfortable. The separate washer and dryer worked perfectly. The location is perfect. It is a very nice area in Milan close to Garibaldi station and two metro stops from Milan Centrale. The Garibaldi station was only about an 8 minute walk. The apartment is located in a trendy area of Milan with so many restaurants, bars, and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again. This place is a gem!

Vi var en gruppe på 11 personer som hadde en veldig fin langhelg i dette huset. Velfungerende fasiliteter og et deilig basseng, og ikke minst et utrolig hyggelig vertskap! Lett å komme seg til og fra Milano sentrum med Uber. Anbefales til både familier og vennegjenger. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Sergio was very hospitable and accommodating. He provided extras upon check-in and even helped us order take away when we arrived late at night. He answered questions for us and provided local recommendations. The house was very unique, neat, and clean, with nice private outdoor garden areas.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist eine gute Abkühlung. Die Unterkunft ist funktional eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann relativ schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus und Bahn nach Mailand gelangen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft also für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie gut geeignet und zu empfehlen.

As an exhibitor in Salone del Mobile location was very suitable; 4km to Fiera. Approx 20-25mins to center. But you definetly need a car. Breakfast in the garden was nice.

wir waren wegen der möbelmesse in milano zu fünft unterwegs... zur messe rho hatten wir nur 20 min. !! es hatte genügend platz für unsere 2 autos... die in einem geschützten bereich parkiert waren . das haus selber ist ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen aber in einem sehr guten zustand und gut eingerichtet . ( schöner und grosser garten / alles geschützt mit einem zaun ) im haus selber hat es 3 grosse schlafzimmer und 2 bäder... im unteren stock hat es sogar ein drittes bad . wohnzimmer und küche.. gross ! uns hat der aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und danken alberto für seine unkomplizierte und zuverlässige art . wir kommen wieder... :-)

Ottimo alloggio, posizione molto comoda (a cca 10 min a piedi dalla metropolitana). Casa pulita e ben arredata, dotata di ogni cosa che possa servire. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posto macchina all'interno del cortile. La consiglio assolutamente!

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.
