Enjoy elegance and comfort in this wonderful spacious villa located in a very quiet area with ocean and mountain views. Fully equipped, it has three spacious bedrooms, a playroom where the little ones can play, three bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a spectacular kitchen. In the garden, there is a large private pool and a very comfortable porch next to an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a gym room with machines. It's never been easier to disconnect!

Sunflower – house without steps.

This modern-style home is ideal for families with children and for people with reduced mobility, as there are no steps. You can park at the door for free, although there is space to park two cars under a large veranda. Garden with swimming pool and chill-out area. Quiet area 3 minutes from the beach, and supermarkets. If you want fun, I'll let you know where to go. There is an articulated bed 135 cm. baby equipment. Fenced/protected pool area for children.
