Monolocale ristrutturato, perfetto per due persone, ma con la possibilita' di un terzo letto a soppalco che sfrutta l'altezza della casa, in una zona strategica nella piu' bella parte di Trieste. Si trova a pochi passi dal mare, e passeggiando tra le barche a vela ormeggiate, e i tanti locali e ristoranti, si arriva in dieci minuti in Piazza Unita'. La zona e' molto ben servita, e si ha la possibilita' di prendere i vari collegamenti via mare per andare a Muggia, Grado, Lignano, Croazia ecc..

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

A bright holiday home located in the centre of the old town, a few steps from the sea and close to Piazza Unità d'Italia. The house, furnished with designer furniture and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, is an open space recently renovated. It is located on the second floor of an historic building in the Cavana district, the old town, or the vital centre of Trieste. Nearby the bus stop and the Maritime station from which boats leave for Muggia, Sistiana and Miramare.

Mansarda sita all'ottavo piano con ascensore. Vista aperta e panoramica sul golfo e la città, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla splendida Piazza Unita'. La zona e' tranquilla, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le fermate di piu' linee bus e svariati negozi. Sempre a poca distanza sono presenti il sito storico del Castello dI S. Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

Mansarda Rudy's, arte e design dietro alle rive.

Lazzaretto 9 è una mansarda accogliente ed elegante, finita di ristrutturare a maggio 2022. Situata sulle splendide rive di Trieste a due passi da Piazza Unità, dal Museo Revoltella e da Cavana, quartiere caratteristico e pulsante della città. L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano di "Casa Sartorio" uno storico palazzo triestino dotato di ascensore. Il quartiere tranquillo ma centrale vi permetterà di godervi un soggiorno rilassante sul mare.
