Totalmente recomendado. Un apartamento muy bonito y acogedor. Con una ubicación privilegiada. Con multiple opciones en los alrededores para comer, comprar y pasear. Excelente opción para los que tengan coche en su visita. Carmen es una gran anfitriona, con muy buena iniciativa y excelente comunicación. Sin duda alguna de necesitar un hospedaje en la isla volvería a considerar está opción.

Hôtes très accueillants, logement propre et très bien équipé (palmes, masques, tuba, serviettes de plage en plus de tout le reste, la bonne surprise!) Séjour très agréable!

My stay at Lucia's place was wonderful. The location is perfect: in the middle of the city center but in a very quiet side way - I slept very well:) Everything is within reach: the tramvia, several busses, supermarkets, shopping street, parque.. I don't think you can find any better. . The appartment itself is quite big, very personal and cozy, plenty of light - just good vibes. The bed was super comfy and there's a little terrace where you can chill out. In the warmer months, there's a fan if you need some cooling. The apartment has a lot of personallity, it truly feels like a home, which I very much appreciated. The wifi is fast and stable. There's a work place, as you can see in the photos. And you could also use the kitchen table and the table in the living. . Communication with Lucia went smooth, she's very hospitable and fast in repsonses. We had a wonderful stay in Tenerife and couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation. The area was incredibly walkable, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy everything it has to offer. Our host, Michael, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond by providing us with useful local information and assisting with additional services that made our stay even smoother. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already looking forward to coming back—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the property, it was very central and had everything we needed for a weeks stay the only downfall was the car park, very tight and sometimes the neighbours would park their cars right by the exit of the garage making hard for us to get in and out! But we were warned about this factor. Other than that, we highly recommended !

This is a truly extraordinary apartment, comfortable, bright and sparkling clean. You have everything you need to feel comfortable even for long stays. You have a wonderful view of the ocean, a great location, shops in the immediate vicinity, you have a secured parking space. This was a perfect place for us. The views were amazing! A great location with a large shopping center just across the street. Noelia was quick to reply to any messages and made our self check-in really easy. Everything was clearly communicated in her messages and were sent in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to keep coming back. Thank you Miguel and Noelia for being great hosts!

Ce logement est parfait pour un court séjour à Santa Cruz de Ténérife. Très bien placé en plein centre et pourtant très calme la nuit. Nous étions deux et il y avait tout l’équipement nécessaire pour notre nuit sur place. Je recommande

Il soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole, nell'appartamento ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Siamo venuti in viaggio di nozze e Anastasia ci ha preparato un bellissimo benvenuto con spumante e cioccolatini.

Voor onze huwelijksreis hebben we een paar nachten overnacht verbleven in het appartement van Manuel. Dit is zeer goed bevallen. Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 2 personen en het uitzicht is adembenemend. Het komt overeen met de foto’s en het was erg schoon. Manuel is erg attent en duidelijk en heeft leuke tips over wat te doen in de buurt. Het was ook erg fijn dat we wat eerder in konden checken. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is wat ons betreft goed. We zouden het iedereen aanraden.

Katharina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Gegend den Aufenthalt schön gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach. Das Apartment ist eher minimalistisch ausgestattet, hat aber alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Vor allem der tolle Balkon und der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Stadt sind den Aufenthalt bei Katharina wert.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

Super recomendable! Estuvimos muy cómodos. Cocina equipada, todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Aprovechamos el balcón para desayunar y cenar con vistas. Y la anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta y disponible para cualquier inquietud.

Très bel appartement dans une résidence luxeuse et très bien entretenue et calme.Environnement très agréable. Ma seule déception concerne le jacuzzi que je n'ai pas utilisé à cause de la qualité de l'eau

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Notre séjour c'est très bien déroulé. La villa est très équiper , tout est prévu pour nous simplifier la vie. Le cadre est magique , merci à Hilary pour toutes les attentions , les conseils , l'entretient de la maison (bravo pour le jardin c'est magnifique). J'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir chez vous.

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

El alojamiento de Benedict es un excelente lugar para hospedarse. Una casa antigua restaurada que está en un lugar céntrico de la Laguna. Puedes llegar caminando facilmente a los principales lugares de restauración y ocio de la ciudad. Benedict dió información clara del alojamiento y recomendaciones de lugares de restauración y se mostró disponible por si lo necesitába.

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Genial alojamiento con excelente zona compartida con Jacuzzi y barbacoa. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos para que no nos faltara de nada.
