Lejligheden er i stueplan, og med en placering i indre by i København, er det umuligt at komme uden om at livet fra byen ikke kan høres.

Der er en Sage espressomaskine til fri afbenyttelse under opholdet, og der er friske bønner klar. Der er ét soveværelse samt mulighed for opredning på helt ny sovesofa i stuene

Leiligheten ligger skjermet i en rolig gate, og har en solrik balkong med nydelig utsikt. Leiligheten har et komplett kjøkken, spisestue, en hyggelig stue med, soverom og nyoppusset bad med regnfallsdusj, Sonos og vaskemaskin/tørketrommel. Dessverre ikke tillatt med dyr pga allergi.
