Elegant, with exclusive floors and furniture, all day and freshly renovated natural light, it has two double bedrooms, spacious and with sea views, two full bathrooms in white marble and a fully equipped designer kitchen next to a beautiful living room with a balcony overlooking the sea with spectacular Mediterranean views. The apartment consists of 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, intruder detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, paddle surfing course, playing with your kids in the sand, running on the shores of the Mediterranean, or just enjoying the varied gastronomic offer of the neighborhood. There are surveillance cameras, security gates, intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the head office 24 hours a day. Apartment 🏠 rules we welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out if you leave before, leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a cost of €50. 🚭 No smoking smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go to the street if you need to. 🌍 Saving Energy we ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid waste of energy. 🧺 Servicios extra we can offer extra cleaning or bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax the government applies a rate of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) and night, up to 7 nights, mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in check in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
