Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Port Neches

Heather’s place is perfect for our little family. So much better than staying at a hotel when parents need a little extra privacy. The pool amenities were perfect and having the small fitness center close by was a perk in the early am. And the couch was so comfy to hang out on and chill. This is a great place if you are in town as a plant worker or a small family visiting your plant worker or visiting locally.

I had a great time and it was a very quiet place to get some much needed rest over the weekend

Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at through Airbnb - perfectly and tastefully furnished, with really nice household essentials. We loved the high-tech touches, too! Elizabeth was a wonderful host, even though we didn’t get to meet. She was easy to contact and replied quickly. We hope we’ll be able to return in the future!

These guys are great to rent from!!! Communication was awesome throughout the whole stay. The house is settup just right, kitchen was amazing. Ton's of Towels!! Don't make the mistake of renting off someone else!!!! House is nicely updated and conveniently located. I will stay here anytime i am in the area for the future.

I wanted to express how much our family enjoyed our recent stay at your lovely home on the golf course. We were particularly impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. It truly felt like a home away from home, and its convenient location made it easy for us to enjoy various activities in the area. We also appreciated Vertess's helpfulness throughout our stay. They were always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations, which greatly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, which we were grateful for after our travels. Tonya’s place is perfect for those looking to fish. Which was exact what we came to Port Arthur to do. My suggestion is to do a pick up order at Walmart before you get to the house, besides the gas station there isn’t much on that side of town. There is a great boat ramp right down the road, has three piers to fish off or launch a boat if you have one. We had to check out early due to our dog cutting his paw back home. Tonya was quick to respond with check out information. My kids loved the fact that the house was on stilts and we even walked over to the park which was about a block away. Quiet location with lots of outdoorsy things to do- sea rim state park, the battle ground, watching the boats, and fishing.

Sunshine Cottage was such a pleasure to stay at! It was very roomy, comfortable beds, beautiful sun room that overlooks the water, and the thoughtfulness of a goodie basket and toys to keep little kids entertained was just the icing on the cake!! I 100% recommend any of John and Alese’s places to stay at. We will continue to stay with Lakeside Lodging!

A very nice stay out in the rural area of Orange, Tx. We happened to arrive when temperature was uncharacteristically low. New heaters had just been installed in the airbnb and it was great foresight on the part of the owners and allowed us to have a warm comfortable stay.

Peaceful neighborhood. I’ll be staying again next time in town.

This quiet little condo was everything we needed for our week long getaway. nice fishing and crabbing spots all around and very close. We really enjoyed our time there.

There’s not much to this condo. It’s in a nice area. This isn’t a “tourist type” vacation spot but this didn’t distract from the condo. Traveled around Beaumont and this is the area I’d stay in again if we return. Close to stores but private feeling.
