We were visiting to fish with family. The condo was perfect. There was a place to park our boat inside the security fence. There were grocery carts and an elevator to help get our luggage to the condo. People in the community were friendly.

Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

These guys are great to rent from!!! Communication was awesome throughout the whole stay. The house is settup just right, kitchen was amazing. Ton's of Towels!! Don't make the mistake of renting off someone else!!!! House is nicely updated and conveniently located. I will stay here anytime i am in the area for the future.

Tonya’s place is perfect for those looking to fish. Which was exact what we came to Port Arthur to do. My suggestion is to do a pick up order at Walmart before you get to the house, besides the gas station there isn’t much on that side of town. There is a great boat ramp right down the road, has three piers to fish off or launch a boat if you have one. We had to check out early due to our dog cutting his paw back home. Tonya was quick to respond with check out information. My kids loved the fact that the house was on stilts and we even walked over to the park which was about a block away. Quiet location with lots of outdoorsy things to do- sea rim state park, the battle ground, watching the boats, and fishing.

We Lucked out and found this Gem and it was great!!! Spacious, comfortable and my favorite is it is out in the country. Will stay here anytime i am in town if it’s available.

This quiet little condo was everything we needed for our week long getaway. nice fishing and crabbing spots all around and very close. We really enjoyed our time there.

There’s not much to this condo. It’s in a nice area. This isn’t a “tourist type” vacation spot but this didn’t distract from the condo. Traveled around Beaumont and this is the area I’d stay in again if we return. Close to stores but private feeling.
