‘Evergreen’ Secret Retreat

Relax at this unique and tranquil quiet getaway. This property is situated in a valley only 5 minutes from the city centre of Port Lincoln. Laughing Kookaburras can be heard regularly and you will be surrounded by other bird species including the splendid fairy wrens and grey fantails. Resident koalas can be heard calling and occasionally come around the house (Usually after dark). Full of character, part of this house is of a historical nature and was built in the late 1800’s.

Our home is set on a an acre in beautiful Rustlers Gully, overlooking Boston Bay, this home will accomodate a large family or two. The yard is fully fenced, providing a secure area. There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.
