We had Perfect experience.

We really loved staying at Thistle Cottage. It had such a lovely, welcoming feel and immediate good vibes. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. We loved the contrast between the original, front section of this historic whaler's cottage and the modern, open plan extension with kitchen, living and dining. The back yard was fabulous - private, well-maintained, and wonderfully set up for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. The town centre is a pleasant walk and East Beach is just across the road. In the evening quiet, you can hear the waves breaking on the sand - very soothing. Elle was a responsive, warm and generous host. We love Port Fairy and would definitely stay again at Thistle Cottage. Thanks so much for everything Elle.

We had a wonderful stay in Port Fairy. The house was spotless and very comfortable, with lots of small thoughtful touches that made our stay very enjoyable. Easy walking distance to places to eat, the river and ocean walks. The host was welcoming, with super fast communications. Highly recommended!

I recently spent one night at this delightful property. Everything is beautifully maintained and clean. The interior was spacious, comfortable furniture, and plenty of room to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit over a bbq dinner. Overall, this was a short but memorable escape.

I had some personal challenges when initially booking Andrea's house. I communicated with Andrea and she was able to accomodate my needs without any issues. I booked the house for three of us originally, but due to unforseen circumstances, I was not able to attend. My fellow travellers did go and found the house to be exactly as described....in fact, they said it was better. Their words, "The house was impeccably clean and had all the comforts of home, I give it 5 stars". I spoke to Andrea on several occasions and found her to be responsive, friendly and extremely accommodating. I am so disappointed I could not personally attend, but I will definitely be booking Andrea's house again. If you are looking for a beautiful home in this area, I would wholeheartedly recommend this.

Tara Cuan was a lovely home for our long weekend in Port Fairy. It’s close to shops, restaurants, coffee, the beach and walking paths. We visited in winter and the house was warm and cosy. There were games and books for the rainy days. Christina kindly supplied kitchen basics such as oil etc. which made for a very easy stay.

Thanks Vava for your hospitality in renting our your home. We had a beautiful family getaway for 9. Everything we need was there and clearly marked. And the house was spotless. Leah and Family

Beautiful little cottage which was tastefully decorated to match the heritage style. Good back yard for our dog. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation for the Warrnambool races. Close to the course, not far from town, shopping centre and restaurants / take away options nearby - everything we needed. The house was Group One. It slept five of us comfortably. It had a large kitchen with everything we needed, two living areas and an excellent 'man cave' outside. Michael's communication was excellent, making our arrival and entry simple. There were also 'gifts' for us on arrival - drinks and chocolates - that let us know Michael was more than just a host. He also let us know if anything was not quite right he could have it immediately corrected. That wasn't required. Thanks Michael, our accommodation was the icing on the cake of our fantastic visit.

Super spacious and cosy, with nice little touches like fuzzy slippers and bathrobes. Has all the equipment you need to cook your own meals. All in all, a great place for a getaway, especially for a large group. Thanks, Yaakov and Lydia!

Absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful area, wish we had of stayed longer. Great communication from owner, clean, tidy, roomy, if I'm ever that way again would 100% stay again, highly recommend. Thank you

Michelle's place was perfect for our stay. This is our 12th visit to Port Fairy and first time staying in Michelle's place. It's in a fantastic location, with easy walking to the town centre and also the Merrijigg Inn which I highly recommend for a special dinner! The house kept nice and cool and has a beautiful garden to sit in and listen to the visiting birds. The kitchen has everything you need if you're cooking too. Michelle was really responsive and it was appreciated that one of the rooms could have two single beds for the kids.

Nice place, close to all restaurants and main attraction.

We had a lovely stay at The F Project accommodation in Warrnambool with our family. The house is spacious, freshly painted, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and everything was ready for a turn-key stay. The location is also a big plus—accessible and convenient to local amenities, cafes, and shopping areas, which made getting around easy and stress-free. What makes this place truly special is that it’s part of a volunteer-run arts and community precinct. The income from this accommodation helps support their creative programs, which made our stay feel even more meaningful. Jane, who looked after us, was friendly, responsive, and genuinely kind. If you're looking for a stay that's not only clean and convenient but also contributes to a great cause, this is it. Highly recommend!

Suzi and Will's place was absolutely fantastic, highly recommended! We spent two nights there with my family for New Year and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the garden is to die for. Everything is super clean, the pool table was great entertainment. You'll be right next to a stunning beach where you can walk the dogs and enjoy a peaceful time. Suzy and Will are extra friendly and helpful. We'll be back :)

My kelpie and I and some of my siblings enjoyed a brilliant stay at Tower Hill House. The home is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed warmth from the fire which warmed the whole home in a short time. The views of the endlessly rolling sea from the verandah and the living space are wonderful. Easy drives to Port Fairy, Warrnambool and Koroit make Tower Hill an excellent destination choice and Jack enjoyed hours of free running along the beautiful beaches. Richard is a super friendly and very helpful host, I really appreciated the tips and recommendations on things to do and places to enjoy food & drink. Thank you Richard !

The house was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the hot tub & pool. Area is quiet and right next to the beach

The property has amazing views and if you are lucky you can catch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Right across from the beach the house was fully equipped and had everything you would need and more. The jacuzzi was great after a long day at the beach. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

A spacious and comfortable apartment, close to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a full size laundry space. Very quiet and peaceful, which was appreciated after long days of work!
