She left us some gifts when we checked in and it was the most thoughtful thing a host has ever done. Her apartment is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even beach towels and after sun for the sun burns. She was also able to accommodate our checkout timing so we are thankful!

We loved the apartment, this super well located 1 block from the beach and the area is quiet. The apartment has everything to cook, they thought of every detail. First time I stay in a place that has everything a guest may need. We felt happy there and very nice detail that Juan left us a biscuit, fruit and wine for our arrival. I have now been to Pacos and Montse's apartment for the second time and was also very satisfied this time again. Communication was great and our arrival and departure times were adapted to our check-in and check-out. The apartment is beautiful and the view of the sea from the bedroom and living room priceless! The apartment is located in son Bauló near C'an Picafort right on a beautiful sandy beach with beach bar and adjacent nature reserve. You can quickly get to the action on foot, but at the same time enjoy your peace and quiet on the outskirts of C'an Picafort, where not so many tourists romp around. Paco and Montse are very friendly landlords and immediately there if you have any questions. Me and my family will be happy to come back!!!! Linda

A modern home with fantastic views, private beach access and private garage. The balcony and the roof terrace are super nice. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, even for children. Communication with Pilar was smooth and reliable. We recommend the place without restrictions. Our stay in this house was excellent. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has no lack of detail: from kitchen utensils to everyday essentials, everything was available. The rooms are spacious, nice, and each has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The area is quiet but well connected, ideal for resting without being far from the main points of interest. Communication with the host was quick and very smooth at all times. Also, they were very flexible with the times, allowing us to get in earlier and check out later, which was very much appreciated. As a point of improvement, the water pressure was a little low and the shower was slow to warm up. In general, we highly recommend this house and would definitely come back.

A nice apartment on the first floor of a large, detached house. A few kilometers from the beach. The apartment offers everything you need. The apartment has a private balcony. On the ground floor in the garden is a swimming pool and there are a few seats that you can use. You can always choose to sit in the sun or in the shade. Joana is a very thoughtful hostess. Upon arrival, everything was ready for us, such as wine, beer and oranges. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and have a good time.

Awesome remote place for those trying to get away from the hustle and bustle. no TV and not much cell service, so it gives a nice rustic ambiance. For the price I would recommend!

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Everything is fine! Only a little more light in the apartment would be even better, is a little dark, as there are few windows. The only view to the outside is the apartment door. Nevertheless, very comfortable.

Working with Andres was a wonderful experience. We stayed for six days at Pine Walk and it quite possibly the best location across from the beach. The villa exceeded our expectations and you can walk anywhere from the villa's location. We will be back.....and thank you, Andres for a memorable stay!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

We had family holidays in Mallorca and Teresa's place was just right. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The apartment has a brilliantly beautiful location right on the beach. The communication with Teresa always worked great.

The apartment is sufficient, the extra small bathroom, the beds and the pillows are very comfortable. Well equipped in the kitchen. The pool in the block is quite quiet and spacious.
