Beachfront holiday rental in Port d'Alcúdia

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert. Die Ausstattung ist super und bei Problemen bekommt man direkt von Mar&Joan eine Antwort. Der Strand ist wie auf den Bildern direkt erreichbar und sehr schön. Fußläufig ist ein Laden, der alles nötige hat mit einem sehr netten Ladenbesitzer!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung mit beheiztem Pool und toller Ausstattung - u.a. Auch einen tollen Grill. Alles neu, sauber und geschmackvoll. Wir hatten nur Kontakt zur Reinigungskraft, aber die war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch sehr flexibel, weil wir ausnahmsweise früher einchecken mussten. Das Haus liegt zwar in der Nähe einer Strasse, aber von wenigen lauten Geräuschen abgesehen, war das kein Problem, ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

Es war ein rundum erholsamer Aufenthalt! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen 🌴 der Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war alles sauber & Doris ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sehr schnell erreichbar ist.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Cala Millor. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 7. Etage und bietet einen absolut atemberaubenden Meerblick, der jeden Morgen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht. Es gibt nichts Schöneres, als mit diesem Panoramablick auf das Meer aufzuwachen und den Tag zu beginnen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zu einem bequemen Bett, in dem man wunderbar schlafen kann. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberin Susan und ihr Mann. Schon bei der Ankunft (Abends!) wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und sie hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen, um uns einige tolle Restauranttipps zu geben. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Gäste wirklich schätzt und dafür sorgt, dass sie sich rundum wohlfühlen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Det har været et fantastisk ophold for mig og min familie (to voksne, to børn og en baby). Boligen er perfekt placeret i rolige omgivelser i gåafstand til hyggelige Cala Millor og den bedste og mest børnevenlige strand. Poolen er skøn til både store og små. Haven er hyggelig med masser sol og skygge. Huset er dejligt rent, nyt og indbydende. Marc er venlig og gør opholdet og indtjekning meget trygt. Tusind tak for en dejlig uge. Vi kommer snart igen.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

Blanca est une hôte très amicale et très réactive face a différents soucis lors de notre séjour (La serrure de la porte d’entrée est assez difficile et la sonnette du portillon en panne, les petits carreaux de la piscine tombent un à un) Si je peux faire une remarque sur la chambre parentale qui est magnifique, j’aurais aimé un linge de lit plus soigné et que les pommeaux de douches de la salle de bain est plus de débit. Je regrette le manque d’intimité dans toutes les salles de bains et toilettes de la maison car aucunes ne se ferment à clés. Pour le reste rien à dire, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et une mention spéciale pour la réactivité de blanca

We went with our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons (nearly 4 and just 1). Our objective was to introduce them to the pool and beach and have as relaxing time as possible with 2 infants! We achieved all these as the Villa was very spacious, we all loved it. It is very peaceful with lovely views. The pool is the standout feature, good size, beautifully kept, peaceful and in a lovely setting. The main beach is just a short 10min walk away with lovely sand and great for the children. Cala Vincente is a quiet resort with limited shops so a visit to Lidl for more supplies was necessary to feed everyone. You will need to be fit as going up and down all the steps scan be quite challenging. So be prepared if you have toddlers. Fernando was very quick to respond to all our questions - thank you.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Underbara dagar i detta fantastiska hus! Vill gärna komma tillbaka. Fanns allt man behövde för sin vistelse. Bästa stället för barnfamiljer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

We had a nice relaxing 6 days in Pollença. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and located in a nice quiet area. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax and chill. Check in was easy and communications with Courtenay worked well. Having a privat Parking was also very convenient.

Tolles Appartement, hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, in die Altstadt kann man auch spazieren, und mit Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an herrlichen Sandstränden. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

This is a lovely Airbnb, with a large balcony overlooking the water, and shielded from the sun by a beautiful pine tree. The kitchen is fully stocked and very convenient for making meals, although there are many really good restaurants within a very short walk, so we ended up only having breakfast at the Airbnb and eating the other meals out. The beds are comfortable, and the heating effective. (We stayed in late December, when it got quite cold at night.) The location is fantastic, right on the Pine Walk, and a short drive to the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcudia and the Formentor peninsula, each about 15 minutes drive away. The host is very responsive. In all, a great place, which we are happy to recommend to others.

Un appartement très bien équipé avec absolument tout le nécessaire ! (Vaisselles, produits de salle de bain, et même un tapis de yoga et masques de plongée !) Le logement est spacieux, très agréable , nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! Merci beaucoup Luis pour votre accueil et pour les attentions de bienvenue !

Another great stay in this apartment Antonio is always there if you need any help are advice. The apartment is in a perfect location great views from the big lovely terrace I can’t fault it in anyway.
