We had a pleasant stay at this place, which was impeccably clean and consistent with the photos. The place is quiet and peaceful, great for relaxing. It is true that it can be a bit difficult to find very close restaurants, probably due to the emerging character of the neighborhood. Beautiful house that is in a secure neighborhood and very well located. Shops and interests quite close and the accommodation is minutes away from the bridge that connects to the SOUTH of Abidjan . Maimouna is very welcoming and quite responsive which allowed quite fluid communication. I recommend it because for next time I will not hesitate to book this listing.

Really a very nice residence, the staff on site respectful and impeccable, always available regardless of the need. As for the host, responsiveness is really limited to the second, we had all the information when we needed it. I had a great stay, I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Massey’s house was perfect. The house was big enough for us to have our privacy (both of us had our own rooms) but also have time together in the morning for breakfast. The neighborhood is really secure so we could go to the store and gym by foot. Massey is a really good host, she takes care of her guests. She’s always responsive when you text her. Rosine who takes care of the house is really nice and respectful as well. We loved it.

It is with this in mind that we organised a girls trip for 7 to "breathe" and enjoy life and what better than Babii to refresh us? We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation and we really felt at home. the hosts allowed us to be 7 instead of 6 as originally planned. very nice touch! the villa is located in a good safe neighborhood and the guards helped us a lot, special mention for Mr. Felix who was a great help to get us out of the house on a day of heavy rain. Frankly nothing to complain about, everything was perfect and all 7 of us agree. Thanks to the hosts for their availability despite the distance. If you are looking for a large, spacious, secure accommodation for your stay with family or friends in Abidjan, this is the right one! We will definitely come back and highly recommend

Valerie is an available, responsive and pleasant host. Despite our late arrival she waited for us to give us all the information about the house. During our stay she was available for any questions we had. Family stay with children. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The photos are loyal to the villa, it is even more beautiful in real life. We will return without hesitation during our next visit to Abidjan.

My family and I stayed for 15 days at the residence. We felt at home. The host and his team are very responsive to messages and that's super reassuring, because they find the solution in the same moment or the next day. Kids take advantage of the pool every day, rarely occupied. The accommodation is well located because we had almost everything nearby.( restaurant, pharmacy, bakery,...) The accommodation is clean and well maintained. (a big thank you to the housekeeper). A great place to stay. Very nice caretaker and housekeeper. Quiet, bigger than expected, well arranged and well-equipped. Very quiet. Flexible entry and exit. I arrived at 2am due to a flight delay, the nice Allassane was waiting for me to open the apartment. Very helpful too. TV, WiFi, A/C, everything works spotless. The location is perfect, full of restaurants, a shopping mall 250 m away. Really perfect. Highly recommended

The place was very peaceful, homely and very secure. The area where the apartment is located is also very quiet and well planned. Initial issues with power, but he explained how we can go about it to have the power on consistently. All expectations in terms of payments were explained. Kitchen has to be deep cleaned soon to clear insects etc. However host was responsive to all suggestions and was very welcoming.

Eric’s place was perfect for what we needed. Good location for us. Everything was as described and more. Kitchen is stocked with supplies, bathrooms clean, water was great. Wifi, clothes washer, fridge, stove all worked well. There is a store and some restaurants just around the corner and taxis drop us easily at the location.

I had an absolutely perfect 17-day stay in this accommodation. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the place.
