A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

Outfitted like a hotel room there is a queen bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette with private driveway. There is a 12 and one miniature oven that includes an air fryer feature, a blender and hot plate as well as a complete plate and utensil set. Simple meals will be easy to prepare. It has a queen bed in the front bedroom and two twin beds and a futon in the rear bedroom. It is stocked with most travelling necessities and also has an outside kitchen that includes a grill.
