Nice modern apartment in the central area of Padua. Clean and well organized spaces, with the kitchen that opens to a small indoor garden. Quiet and quiet area. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the main points of interest in the city. Paid parking nearby, getting around a little you can also find white stripes where you can park for free. Alberto has always responded promptly to questions, and was courteous and helpful.

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. Very beautiful house with sea view, specious, complementary parking, very professionally managed. Host is flexible to give early check in as it was available and came to meet us. Cleaning is as you can expect, full kitchen and nice feel when you are at house. Only challenge is to go and come back from central as it is steep up/ downhill so if you are not willing to walk take care. I am my family enjoyed this place will definitely recommend.

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

This flat is very well located - 12/13 minutes from Piazzale Roma (very convenient to everyone arriving either by public transportation or car) and 25-28 minutes from S. Marco. It’s surprisingly quiet - it faces a canal but it’s a bit secluded from all the main, noisy, busy areas. It’s a comfortable flat - it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds; there’s a living/dining room with an open kitchen (dishwasher included) with all the utensils and basic condiments; and one bathroom with a small washing machine. The host, Amelia, who lives upstairs, is super responsive and nice. She tried her best to help us with arrival details and checkin time, clarified all local procedures for tourists, and even helped us book a water taxi to the airport.

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

The place was great-we enjoy in Lignano Sabiadoro!

- The description of the apartment is more modest than the reality. The central photo shows the shorter(!) side of the house. The dimensions are impressive. - The dining terrace was especially pleasant in May. - The house and its surroundings are quiet, but there are many attractions within a 20 km radius. - The host lives nearby and you can rely on his help.

All as described. Perfect location for dog beach (just under 10 minutes walk). Relatively quiet and you are also quickly in town. Car is good parking.

We liked Nicoletta's apartment very much - especially the possibility to sit outside in the evening or for breakfast. The apartment is small but perfect for 2 people. Tastefully decorated and very clean. We would stay there again anytime. From here you can take the bus to Padua and there is the possibility first by bus to Padua and then the train to Venice. Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Fantastic! Amazing attention to detail, kindness and availability of Giovanni and Marta. The super nice dog made friends with our Hope and the area behind the freeway is still super quiet, quiet and really very well cared for. The garden and parking were the plus that made us choose this place. We couldn't have chosen better. First night we chose to send us a delivery, while the second night we preferred to cook at home given the presence of all the comforts offered by the apartment. Really great experience compared to the price and proximity to the center!!!

Beautiful apartment, large, bright, modern and quiet. Excellent bedding. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven. Microwave, washing machine and dryer, broom vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, tv, wii... and the consumables that go with it ( laundry detergent, pods..., games for wii...) We didn't ask for so much 🤪 Perfect welcome. Sheltered and secure parking on the property. Clear instructions thanks in particular to plastic sheets ( in English and Italian) List of the best restaurants in the area (with quality and price indications). Emanuele set the bar very high! 🙂 Congrats, we are delighted with our stay!

Our vacation was perfect in every way. Barbara's place is cozy and well-kept and makes it even more live than in photos. Barbara was a very attentive host from the first contact and gave us precise directions to get there. The location of the house is great for moving both inland and towards the lagoon because it is perfectly connected by buses, but Barbara did more: she provided us with two bikes to explore the territory that deserves a lot. It was also a point of reference for any other activity or information, always physically present. Our departure coincided with an international sporting event that could have created problems in the connections with Jesolo and that we resolved by simply anticipating an hour, but Barbara had already taken care to find and recommend an alternative solution: in short, a 5-star vacation and Barbara an unforgettable host. Very good contact with Roberto and Mattia. they gave us the contact details of a transport agency for airport transfers with driver. stay of 5 nights with family in the apartment, well located 50m from 2 Tram stations T1... direct venice. A large supermarket in front of the building and 10mm walk from the center of Mestre (restaurants and shops...). The accommodation located on the 4th floor is very comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect stay and ideal for visiting Venice and its region.

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
