The cottage is located in the picturesque part of the Little Beskids on the lake Mezbrodsky on the side of Mt. From the cottage there are trails, including hiking trails to Mt. Žar (40min), where you can find numerous tourist attractions: year-round sled, cable cars, ski slopes with artificial snowshoeing, downhill bike route, and the skywalk. Near the cottage is a river with cascades where the walkthrough is very popular in the winter.
