Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. Really great place, clean place. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The little bar serve some great burgers and chips. The pool is splendid, big for such a place and with the deck chairs and umbrellas a excellent place to relax. The pool has barely shallow areas so careful with small kids.

Leonid was super gracious and easy to communicate with. The location of the house is incredible, you sleep with the river sounds. The house is huge, plenty of room for everyone to get around. There are blankets, a fireplace, games, slippers, anything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also super close to all the restaurants and great place to take walks. Hugely recommend.
