Waterfront holiday rentals in Poole Harbour

Great place in a very central location in Weymouth. The flat is located directly at the Weymouth sandy beach and there are plenty of bars cafes and restaurants around. Still, because of its position in the back of the building, the flat is surprisingly quiet. We found the flat in very good condition and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen a big dining/living area, a modern and very clean bathroom and a decent sized bedroom with good bedding. We felt directly at home. Parking in the area is tricky ( which is to be expected given the central location). We parked at an ASDA as long stay option which is an 8-10 min walk but comes at around 5 pounds day using the JustPark app. Very good seafood restaurant directly next door. Would very happily book Nikki’s flat again when in Weymouth!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. It was so quiet and peaceful, absolutely lovely walks around the lake where we saw deer and baby geese. The place itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We had fresh eggs from Jo and Jay’s chickens, juice, milk and other breakfast bits. The place came with binoculars which we used on our walk around the lake and on our day at Arne. We bumped into Jo who came out of her way to say hello and to ask how everything was. I cannot fault a single thing about our stay, it was exactly what we needed to relax ans detox and we will absolutely be back in the future!

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Really nice modern apartment tucked up under the roofline of a classic building, with great views out over the beach and bay. Clean and tidy throughout, and only two things you should be aware of before booking (and both also as noted in the host's description, so there isn't anything new here): first, the fifty-odd stairs to get up to the top floor, be wary if you have heavy bags or lots of suitcases or bad knees; and second, the limited headroom in the upper attic master bedroom. But if you are willing to accept those two things (which we were), its a great place to stay, handy for railway station, easy walking to the town's historic areas, and with the beach right across the road. We enjoyed our stay in Weymouth, and loved the coastal scenery. And Rachel was very helpful and responsive throughout.

We stayed for 3 nights at “The View”. The property was ideally located for exploring the Mudeford area. On the waterfront it had views that you would never tire of. It is set in a peaceful and quiet location and is perfect for a chilling break. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped if you choose to stay in. All in all we would recommend to others and will hopefully return to stay in the not too distant future 👍.

The best place I have booked during my trip in the UK. Its calm, we can hear the birds in the morning. The sun gets in easily and lights the place well. Many nice walks close by. The host is the most welcoming. I hope to go back there.

⸻ Absolutely gorgeous flat in Poole! Spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches throughout—everything had been considered. The bedding was lovely, and both the double bed and the large comfy sofa bed made for a great night’s sleep. Loved the little extras like milk sachets, coffee pods, and a coffee machine, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect—right next to the sea. Went to Rockfish for dinner, practically next door. Carly recommended Rick Stein Sandbanks which was wonderful. Luana was a fantastic host. Highly recommend this place!

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

This was the perfect get away. The house was lovely and had everything we needed . Parking was a short walk but no problem. We loved the views and the setting was gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend and I would certainly like to return. Thank you Corinne for a great holiday!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chesil Cove . Our third stay at Greyjoys. Comfortable, clean, everything you need is provided. An ideal spot for discovering this area. We’ll be coming back again soon.

When people say "hidden jem" this is what they mean. Photos really don't do this beautiful annex justice. And Sue is a fantastic host. Very picturesque and peaceful too, though be mindful of the Abbey bells which can start early morning (Sunday).

Excellent house, fully equipped and pristine. A large garden, with a good size patio. Host very responsive to any queries. Not many attractions within walking distance, but lots within driving distance. Overall a very quiet area, with the garden very peaceful, but the house is on a slightly busy road with some traffic still passing the front bedrooms late at night.

Our international friends who were visiting from Sweden were very happy here. Everything they needed was supplied and the place was nice and tidy and clean. Peaceful quiet area only a short walk from the beach. Everything was disability friendly too.

Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

We had a great stay. The flat was as described and well set up for a toddler. There were even toys to play with.

There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carley’s apartment. All directions and instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The apartment was perfect and the view is stunning, and everything we needed was thought of by Carley, who was also super helpful and friendly. We’d definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely charming accommodation. Really spacious and well laid out. Felt like home away from home, could have stayed here for longer and will definitely look into coming back here. Lovely walk to the nearest pub for lunch, the mill is right on the river with Stunning views of the surrounding area. Nice garden area with views of the cows in the field. The hot water was extremely hot so be careful, but it was nice to always have plenty of hot water for washing and showering. Overall a lovely private place to stay.
