LE PETIT GITE charming guest house Dordogne

Welcome to Le Petit Gîte. Book now a whole month in winter 25/26 at a good price, get in touch! In this guest house you will find everything else you might need. It is a one-room studio with a 1.40 bed, kitchen, dining area, sitting area with (bed)sofa and nice wood stove. There is one bathroom with w.c. and shower. There is a seat both in front of the house, and in a small garden especially for the gite. You will get firewood in front of the wood stove and a welcome drink will be waiting for you. Welcome!

Accommodating up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, you will have access to beautiful open and spacious rooms, in a rustic style. Outside, a green garden of 1000 m2 will allow you to relax in a bucolic setting. Without a neighbor, you will be quiet and private. A 50 m2 swimming pool with large terrace (completely renovated in 2024) is available during the summer season.

This small house from 1840, fully renovated, offers a large living room of 35 m2, consisting of an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Located in Mauzac, in the Périgord Pourpre, close to the Dordogne river (dinghy, paddle and canoe rental), and ideal for discovering the picturesque villages: La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Sarlat, a sublime region renowned for its terroir (foie gras, walnuts, wines).

We restored this old stone borie and enlarged it (wooden extension) and fitted it out to create a comfortable living space resolutely turned towards wooded nature. Designed, furnished and decorated as a tiny house while having comfort elements (large walk-in shower; separate toilet; equipped kitchen; wardrobe closets for storing clothes, etc.), this small house is perfectly suited for a stay for 2 people.
