It is located in the village of Pontlevoy with a bakery open from 6:30 a.m. except on Wednesdays and a Carrefour Contact (8 a.m./8 p.m. except on Sundays 9 a.m./1 p.m.) nearby. It is a well-equipped cottage on the hosts' plot with a small private garden.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.
