Holiday rentals with beach access in Pontian District

Nice place to stay . Everything looks exactly like the photo which are used for advertised. Very convenient location by having AEON supermarket and several restaurant . Huge effort have been devoted by Hauz team for taking care of the property, everything is clean and tidy but it will be better if they can some minor touch up on some of the wall and bathroom due to the property already more than 7 years. Keep up the good work Hauz team

house is beautiful! hiccups with the wifi/internet but after that it all went well. alot of shops/restaurants & mall surrounding the place🔥 only wished the mail room is on the ground floor so it will be alot easier than to go up first to retrieve it🙏🏼 overall highly recommended✨

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable place. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, an induction cooker, gas stove, Coway water filter with hot water, a fridge, washer and plenty of pots, pans, and cutlery for cooking. We also enjoyed the thoughtful extras like the board games, disc music player and especially the massage chair! Two rooms had its own bathroom which was great for privacy and convenience. The home was quiet, private and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. My parents, wife, and son all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. While the attached mall is a bit run down and only has an AEON, pharmacy and sports shop, larger malls are just a 10-minute drive away. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The place is a nice house, spacious, clean & have nice selat tebrau view. It is serene. The only downside of the condo is the security guards that are a bit rude. We totally understand they are being strict due to the guidelines however we do feel being treated unfairly compared to the caucasians/europeans who stayed there too. Wear a proper swimsuits, no jersey/leggings allowed if you’re using the pool. No eating at the outdoor tables/chair area. Even cannot blow candles for a birthday celebration. Weird guidelines. However, patrick is a great host with great unit and i had a pleasant stay despite the bad experience with the security. It is very easy to get food & accessible to central JB. Everything is near.

The host was fantastic. They provided clear instructions for check-in, which was a breeze. They also checked in with my family during my stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this condo. The location, modern amenities, and the comfort of the space made it a wonderful place to call home during my visit. I’d recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped place to stay.

Third time staying in this apartment, totally recommend it. This time round it was during CNY and we were even able to enjoy the fireworks at the beach from the comfort of our apartment; simply amazing! The host is always responsive and helpful. The location is also very convenient by car, and the carpark was very safe and convenient too! Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

Been a few years with them. Recommended homestay with proactive host! Keep it up!

It was an honor to stay at Blissful Home. I was glad that the condition of the house was better than the picture. Everything seemed clean and new. The host told me what we needed before checking in, and she kept me in touch to make sure I didn't have any inconvenience after that. She answered the questions quickly and kindly after checking in. I chose this house because it received a lot of good reviews from Koreans, and I felt that the choice was right. I woke up in the morning and started the morning looking at the scenery outside the window. It was an unforgettable experience for me. My child enjoyed swimming and my husband was a happy home where he could relax. If I go to Johor bahru again, I would like to stay at Blissful Home again.

Everything was perfect ! Important things to keep in mind for anyone plan to stay here, pleaseee download every each instruction provided by the host earlier before you reach the place. It will make easy for check in, parking and check out process! Very recommended to stay again for next visit !

My second booking for this place.. Improvement has been made to the house.. Kudos and appreciate it as a guest to the team. Instruction given are clear. Walking distance to food places. Parking direction is like a jungle but as second booking guest, pretty straight forward and easy.

The unit is exactly as described and shown in the photo. Basic necessities are well prepared except the gas cooking hob was without gas. Thank you for being a good hosts

Spacious apartment located near to the center. Easy car ride to various places in JB. Nice scenery of the sea from the balcony. Kitchen utensils are complete with stove/microwave. Our 2nd time staying in this apartment.
