Chalet en urbanización, con vistas a la montaña. La cocina se encuentra totalmente equipada con todo el menaje y electrodomésticos necesarios. Con jardín privado, de 850m2, cerrado alrededor de la casa, en el que se encuentran: parque infantil, barbacoa; piscina de uso exclusivo de la casa (11x5m) y cierre con llave.
