I stayed just over a month and enjoyed it a lot. Great apartment, very well equipped, comfortable and safe. Enclosed condominium, very quiet and with beautiful and good common areas to spend the late afternoon. The condominium employees and neighbors are also very kind and polite. In a few meters it has a wholesale market and in a few blocks it finds some restaurants. For those who go to the old village park or the priest's hole, the location is also very good, you can go through the outline, super easy. I recommend and next time I am in Ponta Grossa I will certainly rent again.
