The property was quiet and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. My dog also felt at ease, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The property is beautiful and spacious. Parking for your car in the yard with automatic gate. I recommend it.

Cute studio on the ground floor of a small block of flats. Visitors with cars should remember to request the remote for the underground garage, otherwise they'll have to park on the street.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Evgeni. L'appartement est très propre et agréable. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. Evgeni est un hôte très disponible et à l'écoute. Il a été très arrangeant avec nous. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement.

Apartment was cozy, comfortable and clean. We arrived later than planned but Nicki and her husband were very accommodating. We were met outside and shown round which was helpful. Parking is directly outside, and we were always able to get a space. It's within walking distance of the main Ruse attractions and plenty of restaurants. Shower was large and the apartment as a whole a good size for 4 people. The two balconies were lovely to sit out on and dry washing! Communication was prompt.

we had a great time at this apartment. It is spacious, good equipped and cozy. The terrace offers a great atmosphere for a breakfast. The host communicates great and waited for us in front of the building.

The apartament was very easy to be found. There was a small problem with the heating system, but our host relocated us in a new place, 5min away, where we had a warm, spotless place to rest. Our communication was excelent and Yovko was a perfect host.
