For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo, Joniec municipality, 2 cosy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet and rest, which is very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or other people's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. However, during the holiday season, we prefer longer stays. You can use our jacuzzi and sauna – these are options that are subject to an additional fee. "Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)
