It’s ran by solar power , water catchments and propane for the stove. USB outlets only (no AC outlets) perfect for charging phones. Lights, shower, queen size memory foam bed and 2 burners for cooking . The tent outside has table and chairs where you can also hang out in. Neighbors and wild chickens are Nextdoor but you have lots of privacy to yourself.
