Apartment holiday rentals in Polynesia

Will rebook Timmy's place again when we go back to Hawaii next year. There's a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Waikiki beach is about 10-15 mins walk. Its paid to park in the garage but theres free parking spots near the canal (if you get lucky, it gets filled up pretty fast.) There's also plenty of equipments you can use when you go to the beach so you don't need to buy/rent when you get there. The living room area has a stunning view outside and the balcony is a nice place to wind down after a hectic day. We didn't go to the 6th floor but it has the pool, gym, and convenience store. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay booked with Priya and we will definitely be booking again! Place was amazing, just as described. Loved seeing the whales right from the pool and lawn area right by the beach. Gorgeous place and Priya is very helpful and responsive.

Great stay at the Nanea, very spacious two bedroom, especially enjoyed having access to the pools at the neighboring propertiea.

We had a great time staying here our first time in Honolulu! The place was clean and exactly as pictured. It’s not an ocean view but we really enjoyed the balcony and the canal view we ate most of our meals out there. The kitchen is well equipped! The shower has wonderfully hot water and a nice shower head. The bed and pillows we’re comfortable in our opinion and we got great sleep every night and there’s a nice big tv in the room. Having the beach towels and equipment was an added bonus and the provided laundry pods. The pool and hot tub were also a highlight and the convenience of having a store on the property.

John and JR went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I was immediately welcomed with warm aloha vibes! I was in Honolulu for an event at the convention center and I needed a place with stable wi-fi and tranquility. John's studio did not disappoint. The wi-fi was strong enough for my video calls and to stream Netflix. I had some of my best sleep here. The studio came with two hot plates and everything I needed for cooking, but I opted not to. As for the location, the studio is located on one of the penthouse suites so I got a gorgeous view of Honolulu everyday. It's steps away from the convention center, McCully shopping center, and all the hot spots in Waikiki. Best of all, because the building is further north from the tourist areas of Waikiki, I didn't have to deal with hoards as soon as I stepped outside. I highly recommend this studio for a solo traveler or a couple.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und waren total zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist wie auf den Fotos, einfach traumhaft. Zum Strand sind es 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, alles entspannt erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants, Cafes und eine Minute entfernt ein toller Streetfood Markt, der täglich geöffnet ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese tolle Unterkunft buchen. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war ebenfalls klasse, diese Unterkunft kann man zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Lovely space to make a home base while seeing the islands. Conveniently located next to the beach and a bunch of bars and restaurants.

I structured this review into three sections to provide as much useful information as possible for interested guests: the apartment, the location, and the host. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and located right by the beach. Since it’s elevated, you get an amazing view, and it is incredibly spacious. The kitchen is particularly outstanding—perfect if you enjoy cooking. I also don’t think I’ve ever seen such a large shower before! The location was perfect for us. We wanted to avoid the eastern part of the island since the lagoon's water quality has reportedly declined over the past decades. The northern area is quite busy and also home to the airport, so I think the west and south are the best choices. A few restaurants are nearby, but I highly recommend renting a car to go shopping and generally get around during your stay. It was a great experience.hey were very responsive to all of my enquires prior to the stay. Bill was very helpful and accomodating. He showed me all the interesting and important places on the island. TBill was very supportive since I was alone. It was very quiet and close to the beach for a walk along the beach. All eating facilities were within walking distance. It was a very convenient location for the buses going around the island. A car could be useful but not essential. The major town, Avarua was only four km away. The airport was only approximately six km away. There were paw fruits, bananas and passion fruits which were offered off the property. Bill made sure that the plate on the kitchen always made sure that fresh fruits were always on that plate. Bill was hospitable and I would highly recommend the place for either a single person or couple.

I stayed here for only the first portion of my trip because it was a last minute change, but I wish I could have stayed for all of it! Jon and his wife were soo sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. The space was clean, spacious and I loved the decor. Hearing the frogs and the critters at night was peaceful and serene. The view every morning was amazing. It was not hot at all with where it’s located. I didn’t even need the ceiling fan. I loved that it had a full kitchen, and snorkels/fins to use. They gave me great recommendations for food. I was traveling solo and another important aspect I wanted to mention was how safe I felt here! I highly recommend this place! They are wonderful people. We began our 17 day tour of the big island at Dennis (Max) place and ended our island time on his property in a different unit. Both were excellent. 1000 ft elevation so out of the desert heat of Kailua- Kona. 15 minutes from the airport up the mountain in a neighborhood. We appreciated having a kitchen and ability to create a meal there. Bed was comfy and linens were lovely.

Nous avons passé un mois chez Magali. Le logement est conforme aux photos. C'est simple nous avons passé notre temps sur cette superbe terrasse. L'appartement est fonctionnel et nous avions notre propre intimité. Enfin, Magali est une hôte à l'écoute plein de bons conseils et toujours disponible.

We only stayed there for a night. It was difficult to find an open restaurant around the area since it was a Sunday, but the host was very nice. Our previous hotel dropped us at the wrong location, she was nice enough to drive 30mins to pick us up and have her colleague to drop us off at the Air Tahiti ferry at 6:15am.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Beata’s home in Princeville! Beautiful location, quiet, and we especially loved their peaceful backyard and hearing all the birdies in the morning. Adam and Beata were communicative and helped make our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay while you’re taking in all the beauty of Kaua’i!

This is our second time in two years, staying in this exact condo, and our family of four feels right at home! You can’t be the location across from Magic Sands, we feel very comfortable with our teens, walking across the street or going down to the gated pool on their own. Great separation of space for a family with a living room and kitchen, and we use the kitchen the entire stay. Comfortable beds and lots of beach chairs and boogie boards, etc. on the lanai. Great condo in every way-very responsive hosts.

Wir waren begeistert! Ich bin unglaublich pingelig und sehr wählerisch. Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sie hat uns den Start in den Urlaub sehr erleichtert. Das Gebäude an sich ist zwar veraltet, jedoch wurde alles regelmäßig gewartet. Charlie ist super freundlich, antwortet schnell, gibt tolle Tipps und hilft immer weiter. Wir hatten bisher noch nie einen so guten Austausch mit einem Gastgeber. 5 Sterne dafür! Die Aussicht war krass! Man hatte einen so schönen Blick aus der Dusche oder dem Bett. Es sieht tatsächlich 1:1 aus wie auf den Fotos. Ich werde die Unterkunft sehr vermissen. ❤️

Glamping at its finest, is what we were looking for and Kathleen delivered it without a doubt! Surrounded by the sounds of the Island with the comforts of home, yet still feeling like you are out in the middle of it all. This place is one of the big reasons we love coming to the Islands for vacation from it all.

Excellent location and comfortable room. It's a short walk to all the action in Wakiki and also a short walk to the convention center (if you are attending a conference). Very easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The view was amazing and the pool was warm for our kids. The house was stocked with essentials and a gift of Hawaiian chocolate macadamia nuts. Host was responsive and check in was all via email and codes. Would def stay again!

such a cute place to stay! the beds were super comfy such a cute view. they even have beach toys and beach/pool supplies on the balcony which came in handy! they provided everything we needed for our stay and were quick to respond with any questions we had :)
