The house has an elevator and the apartment can be accessed by a door code. Free GYM open 24 hours a day, SUN TERRACE, where it is nice to enjoy coffee in the morning and right next to the apartment WASHING MACHINE ROOM with dryers.

A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

Our cozy house has one room, a kitchen and a toilet-bathroom. The house also has a private terrace where you can enjoy peace and quiet. There is also a barbecue option. Our garden is also open to visitors. In summer, you can cool off in the pond in the courtyard. Children can swing in the garden, play in the sandbox and slide. We also have a dog in the garden, Bosse, who is generally easy-going and friendly.

The upstairs sleeping area is curtain-separated and has no door.
