You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring Tartu in this spacious and light-filled 1 bedroom apartment with impressive high ceilings. Located in the very heart of the Old Town, it is across the street from the iconic and beloved Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita". All of the sought-after sights are within a few minute's walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
