Townhouse holiday rentals in Pollença

Great place. Good restaurant just round the corner. Good supermarket in < 5 minutes walk. Very close to beach, just cross the road. You can’t park on site, you have to search a parking on the street but there are jo parking feey. Can be challenging during season because a lot of people come during day to stay at the beach, so parkings get rare. Beach was the less crowded one around, which makes this the ideal spot.

We spent 5 days in Pina. A beautiful small village with a small square and a church, in the middle of the island, so we were close to everything. The house is beautiful, with lots of art and books, and a separate studio. Tofol was always ready to answer my question, everything was just fine. We had wonderful time!

This place was perfect. It was a close walk to everything, no car needed. It was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive right away. We will definitely be back.

Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert. Die Ausstattung ist super und bei Problemen bekommt man direkt von Mar&Joan eine Antwort. Der Strand ist wie auf den Bildern direkt erreichbar und sehr schön. Fußläufig ist ein Laden, der alles nötige hat mit einem sehr netten Ladenbesitzer!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. The house was great, we especially liked the outdoor kitchen and pool area and BBQ. The owners were great and it was a joy to stay. We would stay there again.

Logement bien placé et fonctionnel. La décoration est digne d'un mélange entre musée et brocante, pleine de surprises. les chambres côté rue sont un peu bruyantes le matin, mais le reste de l'appartement est calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Pollença.

Das Haus ist ein absolutes Idyll und ideal für 4-5 Personen geeignet. Die Lage ist ruhig. Drum herum sind Schafe, Hühner und viele Katzen. Wir haben uns ein bisschen gefühlt wie auf einem Bauernhof. Um sich zu erholen, ist das Haus perfekt geeignet. Allerdings ist es in den kühlen Monaten in dem Haus etwas frisch und die Decken im Kinderzimmer waren nicht dick genug, um in der Nacht ohne Pullover schlafen zu können. Für einen Sommerurlaub ist das Haus aber ideal geeignet und Pedro & Cata haben sich jederzeit um alles gekümmert. Das Haus verfügt über mehr Dinge als standardmäßig angegeben. Es gab Gewürze, Kaffee, Teelichter, Streichhölzer.. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Séjour très agréable dans une maison confortable avec une hôte très amicale et réactive. Le logement est situé dans un village typique majorquais avec peu de touristes, contrairement aux villes côtières… la plage se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture. Belle expérience en famille !

The house was spotlessly clean and offered anything you would need to feel like home. Our host, Aggy, was always helpful, kind, flexible and very responsive. The amazing property as well as the lovely village exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this place.

My family sometimes has very different needs and this house met them all. It's big enough for everyone to have their own privacy, but it's still possible to sit together comfortably. You can choose between a sunny or shady spot at any time of day. The kitchen equipment is excellent. The rooms are lovely furnished, you immediately feel at home. The garage and the repair facilities for the bicycles were really helpful. A big plus point is the existing and working heating. Mallorca can be quite chilly sometimes at Easter. This house was warm and cozy. The internet is top. Thanks to Joana's previous advice, we visited good restaurants and always had an excellent meal. The supermarkets are close by, the sea is only a few steps away and you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony. As mentioned in other reviews the house next door is being renovated. This is no problem, because it was neither noisy nor dusty. Conclusion: We will come back if we are allowed to. Thank you Joana!

We loved our stay in Pollenca. On arrival, on the kitchen table we were left a couple of huge local pastries which were delicious and a lovely touch. The house was a great size, with ample living area and a beautiful balcony with fantastic views. It has a great location, elevated in the old part of town. We loved the short amble down to the main square, where there were lovely cafes and restaurants. The house is close to the stairs up to the view point (Carrer del Calvari) too, which was a great place to watch the sunrise. Port de Pollenca is a short drive away which has a lovely beach. We also hiked up to an old monastry at the top of a mountain nearby, the views were breathtaking! Overall, it was a great holiday destination for all 3 generations of our family, and it's a place we would all like to visit again one day.

Villa Llum was the perfect place to celebrate my sister’s and two best friend’s 60th birthday celebrations. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and with the added bonus of having a wonderful pool, a beautiful little oasis in the centre of stunning Pollenca. Everything was perfect and Pollentia Rentals are brilliant!! So helpful from booking the Villa to helping with transfers and letting us stay a bit longer until our transfer back to the airport. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company. Thank you 🙏

What a special place this is. If the pictures truly did it justice - all the beautiful thoughtful details - I don’t think I’d have managed to book it for over a week in August. Ray is the kindest host I’ve ever encountered (and to be totally honest I was coming with high expectations after reading other reviews). The place is magnificent. Huge! Painstakingly, thoughtfully, immaculately decorated as if it were to be lived in as a home, not generously shared with guests. Cannot fault Ray, the house or the lovely little village of Ariany. Anyone remotely interested in interior architecture / design : book now you won’t regret it. Thank you Ray once again!!

Très jolie maison atypique, spacieuse et très bien équipée... idéale pour 7 personnes avec 2 salles de bain et 3 toilettes. Placée au centre de l île elle est parfaite pour les visites, on peut même se rendre en train à Palma. Les hôtes très agréables (à notre arrivée nous avions 1 "panier gourmand") et très réactifs en cas de problème. Merci pour ce séjour très réussi.

Super appartement : spacieux avec un beau jardin équipé pour de jeunes enfants. Les nôtres ont beaucoup apprécié la petite voiture. Recommandé !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marta. Elle a été très accueillante ainsi que son petit compagnon à 4 pattes. Son logement est idéalement situé. Nous nous sommes trompés sur l’heure de départ mais Marta a été très compréhensive et nous a laissé le temps de partir tranquillement après l’heure prévue. Nous vous encourageons fortement à réserver votre séjour chez elle. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors de nos prochaines vacances à Palma. Merci Marta !

Marisa is super reactive and takes time to find a solution for us (parking nearby etc…). The house is very charming, with a really nice terrace and big enough for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully furnished, we enjoyed cooking all together and dinning in the living room. You will find everything you need in the house, AC available in all rooms. The house is good located in Pollença, perfect for a day trip to the nearby beaches and to explore the city center

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen 😊 die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet auch fur einem längeren Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt im Winter und sehr froh, dass es eine Heizung abseits der sonst üblichen Klimaanlagen gab. Die Kommunikation mit Susanne war so, wie man es sich wünscht. Freundlich, klar, schnell und top organisiert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
