Private boat ramp within the subdivision. 24-hour fishing capability from the pier. Community Pool to enjoy in subdivision. Only one small pet is allowed with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Smoking only allowed on porch or in yard.

You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map).
