Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Polk County

It was a nice location away from the loud roads. The place was very clean and an open concept home. It was an enjoyable stay.

Loved the house and the area. Bryan and Erica were very friendly and helpful.

Jeff and Rebecca have become friends, they are the kindest and most helpful people ever. They helped me feel welcome, comfortable, safe and loved. These people are amazing. The house is so cute and in the most beautiful of areas. You will feel well rested and at peace in this beautiful house. Their dogs are so cute. Jeff and Rebecca helped me settle in, as I moved from Australia to live and work in the area. I am not sure what I would have done without these two in my life...they not only went above and beyond for me, but they remain calm, helpful and top hosts no matter what is going on. 5 star people providing 5 star service. Love you both. Thank you for everything!!

We stayed for the better part of a week at Justin’s place and in that time, we discovered a well equipped kitchen, some games, and even a supply of firewood for the multiple fireplaces. Justin thought of everything, including having a few K cups for the coffee maker and a fully stocked spice rack in the cabinet! The surroundings were as quiet and private as you could ask for while still being close to town. I would definitely recommend Justin‘s place for anyone visiting the area! We will stay here again on future trips.

Colline and her husband were spectacular hosts We never need anything they couldn’t help us with and The communication was five star, we felt very much at home. I would certainly stay at her property again and recommend everybody to take advantage of this very well placed residence with a truly wonderful host.

Can't say enough good things about our stay at the house! Great space, beautiful outdoor area and fire pit & love the view of the river. We had an issue (nothing with the house) & the caretaker and owner were so thoughtful and kind to our family. We would love to come back and stay!

This was a lovely home and we all felt very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. While the living room wasn’t huge it was perfect for our group and we enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen/living room space.

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

It was absolutely one of the two most peaceful places I have ever been to. I wasn't ready to leave, and I will go back just as soon as possible. The place was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and Gary & Sheryl were awesome!!! If you want a quiet get away, I highly recommend "On the River"!!!

We enjoyed our stay on Anton Street finding the unit to be as described - a comfortable, clean, recently updated uncluttered space that was nicely appointed located in a colorful, mostly peaceful neighborhood nestled on a hillside. Ethan reached back rather quickly when questions arose. Would recommend this home as a nice place to stay.

This little apartment was so cute. Shannon was accommodating to all of my needs. You can tell that she took time and effort to make the apartment look good feel good. Smell good and just have an overall good vibe. And I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been traveling, but I think that was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. And when I try to book the room, she responded right away. I don’t think I had to wait more than five minutes for any text.

If I could give this stay 20 stars I would! What a phenomenal experience. Michael & Hilda’s home is absolutely stunning. Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

If you’re looking for a condo that has privacy, but is right in the center of town and is surrounded by great restaurants and everything is in walking distance and a dedicated parking spot, then this is the place for you! Throughly enjoyed our stay here. This condo is literally on the top floor of a building that is the center of town. It has its own private patio that you can see the town of blue ridge. The only downside would be if you’re someone who likes to sleep in…. The Blue Ridge scenic rail is literally right behind you. So depending on what day it is you hear the train’s whistle blowing as early as 9 AM leaving and also coming into the station.

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

Loved everything about the condo! The location was perfect - we walked everywhere! Close to downtown, restaurants, breweries, and shopping. The condo was super clean with a nice aesthetic - a great vibe for our ladies weekend! Our favorite spot was the balcony with comfy seating for 4 to sip wine and overlook the train and people watch! Will definitely rebook this condo on future trips to Blue Ridge!

This condo is beautiful and in a perfect location! The condo was super clean, quiet, easy to find, and within walking location of everything in downtown in Blue Ridge. I couldn't recommend staying in a better place. Would 100% stay here again!

Great condo! We did have a small issue with the HVAC but it was probably the first time anyone has turned it on this season. The staff (Tina and Moises) at the management company went above and beyond to get it figured out and fixed as soon as possible. They were very responsive and helped with anything we needed. The Perch is a great condo in a great location. The balcony is shared between the perch 3 and the perch 2 but that wasn't an issue for us because there wasn't anyone in the other condo. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The location of this spot is ideal to be near trails, or casino. Grocery store and restaurants are within 5 miles. The home is cozy and quiet. Enjoyed a restful weekend while feeling like we were home Thanks Wendy

This airbnb is perfect for a small family and pets! My husband and I stayed with our two dogs, and walking them was simple. There was a small yard on the side and back of the townhouse. We stayed here for my sister’s graduation at Lee University, and this is a perfect location because it’s 10 minutes away! It’s very well located for events such as this! Washer and dryer worked great, and I loved the charm added to the place! We are saving this location for future stays! Highly recommend.

Wow! Erica's condo is GORGEOUS. It was right in the mix of downtown Blue Ridge--couldn't ask for a better location. The condo was pristine. It was beautiful and spotless and incredibly charming. There were cute little touches throughout. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were stunning. We loved the jazz playing as you walk in and little snacks on the counter. View of the vintage train was also very cool. It was so easy to get in to the apartment building, which was very modern and clean. The parking spot was also wonderful because it was convenient and covered. We were able to walk to everything! Would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. 10/10!
