Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Polk County

What began as a business transaction quickly changed into a lifelong friendship. She is such a wonderful person, very kind, considerate and just welcoming. Her home is beautiful and anything you can think of she carries. If she doesn’t have it, she will get it. This is without a doubt the place you want to rent and will return over and over. Great experience. All her guest became friends, we ate together, talked and drank wine, it was an unbelievable experience. Super person

Beautiful home, very nice for a large family or small group. The neighborhood is a little busy, but not to much. Many options for dining, just make reservations because the area is busy because of the proximity to the theme parks.

Wonderful stay, spacious house, close to restaurants, pharmacy and gas station, very close to the parks. Easily accessible location, very good! Equipped kitchen, very useful utensils, good internet and a quiet place. We love it, highly recommend it!

The hosts are so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all the things to do in the area. I enjoyed my time, their home, their sweet pupper, and would definitely book again!

Simply spectacular!!!! Thank you for a great hostess, she was always available and answered the requests. The house is fantastic in a very nice, safe and safe unit. Very clean, spacious and organized. Close to the parks and important places of Orlando. In the house they left us information about the city, activities, restaurants, mall, etc. that served us a lot. We didn't want to leave I would go back 100 times without any hesitation.

My stay at the Airbnb was awesome. It was clean. It was well put together. I love the layout. It was easy to ask questions as I got quick response. Everything was great and well put together. I had an overall great stay.

I was scared at first because this was a new house and no review. But when I tell you this was one of the best houses that we have rented. Everything is immaculate. The pool area had to have been my favorite part of the house. We will definitely book this house again.

Easy access and super clean! Had everything we need it

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish.

This review is based on my interaction with the actual homeowner, Brenda. NOT THE COMPANY EVOLVE. Brenda was not notified that we were checking in. We arrived late in the evening and she woke up shocked to see our car, as soon as we explained we had reserved she was so apologetic as she hadn't prepped as she would normally do for guests - she did that prep when we were out the first day of our stay and was great to deal with. I will NEVER rent through Airbnb unless I am renting directly from the homeowner. I did send an email when we arrived with concerns and received a canned response email the next day, no phone calls - again - If you are renting from Airbnb only deal directly with the owner!!

Had a nice stay. Community pool was nice and warm. Close to the pool. Very quiet.

Beautiful place as described, very peaceful we enjoyed it very much! The TV options was the only issue couldn't log on any TVs for the kids.

Alberto's home was everything we needed for our trip. It was warm and inviting, like a home away from home. We enjoyed our time there. Alberto makes you feel at ease, is easy to communicate with, and always responds right away with answers to your questions.

Great place and great location!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! Maria José helped me confirm if I had received an order when I wasn't home, and I stayed super quiet. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well decorated. The full kitchen, even oil and spices for cooking. You are a 10-minute drive from Disney, 25 from Universal, and 15 from the Oulets. In the complex in front there is a Walmart and many shops. In short, highly recommended, and when I come back I already know where to stay!!
