"La Fortezza" villa vista mare
La Fortezza è una villa immersa nel verde e nella quiete assoluta del suo parco privato, tra ulivi secolari, boschetto di querce e frutteto. E' situata in collina, a soli 6 km dal mare cristallino di Polignano a Mare (BANDIERA BLU DAL 2008 e 5 VELE LEGAMBIENTE) con le sue meravigliose grotte marine da scoprire con gite in barca. La villa è realizzata esclusivamente in pietra, legno e vetro, su due livelli, ed è caratterizzata dalla presenza di un ettaro di parco, una grande terrazza panoramica vista mare, un solarium. All'interno del parco, per restare in perfetta forma durante la vostra vacanza a la fortezza, a disposizione degli ospiti (gratuitamente), una PALESTRA ATTREZZATA con ellittica, panca e manubri, sacco da box e guantoni, attrezzo total body. Il forno a legna e il barbecue sono a disposizione degli ospiti per preparare e gustare pizze, focacce e grigliate all'aperto. La terrazza panoramica, da dove si gode di una splendida vista sulla distesa di ulivi, bianche masserie, cielo e mare, è grande circa 40 mq ed è arredata con un grande tavolo da pranzo all'ombra di tre lecci che "sbucano" dal giardino sottostante: il solaio in legno è stato costruito rispettando la presenza degli alberi tramite la realizzazione delle asole in corrispondenza dei tronchi. All'interno del parco de La Fortezza troverete fiori e profumi e tanti angoli di paradiso: sedili di roccia dove sedersi a leggere un libro o ascoltare musica, lettini in legno per prendere il sole e godere della brezza del tramonto. Si possono raccogliere direttamente dagli alberi i frutti di stagione per gustarne il fantastico sapore. Nel frutteto due filari di lavanda per profumare i vostri armadi in città! Il parco è completamente recintato con cancello elettrico, impianto di allarme e servizio di vigilanza privata.

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
