Condo holiday rentals in Polignano a Mare

Claudia was an absolute delight. She was very kind and helpful, and even allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment itself is a gem! It's beautifully stylish and very bright. We particularly loved having two balconies, offering lovely spots to enjoy the Polignano ambiance. The location is truly unbeatable - it is within walking distance from all attractions. I absolutely recommend this place.

We where a family of 12 rented Jennie’s 3 apartments 7 adults in Primo it was very spacious and cozy. Everyone had their own space with full bathrooms. The kitchen had a very nice balcony for you to over look the monopoli streets while having a cocktail, we were even able to have a family sit down dinner with all 12 of us! We had the 4 younger adults stay at the 2 connected apartments (Romeo and Juliet) and they had plenty of space with 2 full bathrooms with two entry doors and one door connecting to apartments. I would 100% come back Thank you so much

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

Good visit, everything as described. New building with a great balcony

We cannot recommend Lucrezia & her apartment more highly. Everything was so good. Lucrezia is efficient, kind, helpful, informative & responsive. The apartment was spotless & uncluttered. The zone is peaceful and we felt safe & comfortable. We needed to drive our hire car to most places from the apartment. But the surrounding area was so tranquil & pretty. Top marks for this accommodation & host, Lucrezia. Thank you!

We had a perfect experience here, making our New Year's Eve perfect! Very close to the beach and very close to the city center! Especially the facilities in the house and the balcony outside the house, it makes us feel at home here! The room is very well-equipped and the owner and the people who helped us check in are very friendly! Anyway, everything was perfect, worth recommending!

Perfect location, near to the old and new part of the city. Everything was great. The flat was better than at the pictures. Cleanness & equipment great.

Amazing appartment with large balcony. The place is really comfortable to stay for a longer period (washing machine etc available). We only stayed 2 nights but wish we couls have stayed longer. Close by the city centre (walking distance, 15 mins) and is also in a lively neighbourhood.

A great property with everything you needed. It was clean , comfortable and very pleasant and homely. There were nice touches, like delicious little snacks there to have with coffee, and even shampoo, washing powder etc so no need to buy anything like that. There were small shops nearby for groceries etc. Only slight problem for us was that it was quite a walk into town, and even further to the old town - but then we are quite elderly, and for someone younger I’m sure this wouldn’t have mattered. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely relaxing time with the beach so close and an easy walk into central Bari. The flat had a good energy and was very comfortable. We loved the vinyl record player and the variety of music to suit different moods. Maurizio was an excellent host and the information in the flat was very useful. We very much appreciated him organising a taxi for us to take us to the airport as there was a train strike that day. Great stay Maurizio - Grazie Mille!

Had the best time at Melania’s place! It is the perfect location, close to the sea and the old town/ very walkable. The place is super clean and cute and has everything you could need. Melania was so helpful and kind. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

andrea has been, since booking, many are available. The accommodation, located on the seventh and last floor in a beautiful newly built building, is spacious and with a spacious terrace where there is also a bicycle. Quiet apartment.

We loved our stay at Donatella’s place! Even though we were unlucky with the weather it was really cosy and sweet. The reception and internet is a little bit of an issue for us but we figured it out! Antonio the grounds keeper was great! Super friendly and tried to help us as much as possible even though there was a language barrier. Don’t keep your doors/car doors open!! The cats will come in. We had little muddy footprints all through our car haha!

Had a wonderful stay in Villa Particolare. We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks. Beautiful clean space and everything available! Beautiful, quiet area near Martina Franca. Peter and Anita are very warm people. They gave us many tips about the area. We felt completely at home!

Annachiara welcomed us and was always responsive to our requests. Casa Carucci is an excellent discovery: beautiful place, very well maintained by Antonio, who gives an extra soul to this place. He is a person of great kindness and generosity. This stay would not have been the same without all his little touches: Milskake, ice cream, bruschettas and refreshing drinks as well as the vegetables from his garden made available. We can only advise you to stay there. We'll be back without a doubt :-)

Beautiful and clean Trulli. Owners and managers extremely nice and welcoming. Good location to visit surrounding towns. Everything within 20 minutes and a supermarket around the corner. The swimming pool is a very big plus. Wonderful!

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

We were guests of Anselmo and his wife Katja for a week and felt at home with friends. It is a wonderful property and Anselmo showed me around his great property and showed me everything. I was also able to try mulberries and medlars. He has built a lot there himself and in addition to the beautiful infinity pool with natural water, there are also two trullis that I was able to look at. Katja and Anselmo are always there with advice and action and we felt very comfortable. It was like being with good friends. The terrace and the apartment are very nice and offer a lot of space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The entire complex is very nice and quiet. It offers a great view of the surroundings and wonderful sunsets. We spent wonderful days at the great Oasi di Pace with Anselmo and Katja and would have loved to stay much longer. We will definitely be happy to come back.
