"Living in the Sassi" tuff house in the Sassi, Matera

The property is located in the heart of the Sassi di Matera, 100 meters from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and has been recently renovated. Since the Sassi of Matera are a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to park the car on site, but in the surrounding areas there are both free and paid parking lots. Given the structure and the Sassi's conformation, it is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. The additional cost of tourist tax is €2.00 per person per day and must be paid at the property.
