The cabin

The cabin is located in our huge yard in the pastoral Ramat Poleg neighborhood. The neighborhood is located within 15 minutes walking distance to Poleg Beach and Ir Yamim Mall. The yard is shared by the villa, but there is privacy for the guests of the cabin. The entrance to the yard through an outdoor and private passageway, regardless of the villa. Cabin size 15 m2. Please note! The bathroom and toilet are exterior and are separate from and adjacent to the cabin. The bathroom and toilet are private for the use of the cabin guests, but in order to use it you have to leave the cabin and enter the bathroom. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to stay, enjoy, vacation or work :) There's a shelter in the villa.

Luxurious 21st Floor Seaview Apartment

#My place is perfect for your sea vacation! It is situated first line to the sea and across the street from the Iris Nature Reserve, perfect for a nice hike/stroll. It is less than 1 km walk to the Ir Yamim mall and sports complex. You’ll love my place because of the light, the high ceilings, the comfy beds, and the 21st floor view overlooking the sea! My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There is a kosher kitchen with all utensils.

היי אני רון 😊 אני מאד אוהב לארח ולהכיר אנשים חדשים. טיילתי הרבה בעולם וגם התארחתי וכעת אני מציע את דירתי הפרטית לאירוח . ברוכים הבאים :) דירה קטנה במקום שקט. מטבח מאובזר, מיזוג אויר, אינטרנט , מצעים נקיים, מגבות, טלויזיה ונטפליקס . הדירה נמצאת בשכונה שקטה צמודה לכביש 2, אזור התעשייה ספיר, רכבת ,חוף ים, שמורת טבע וקניון. הדירה ממוקמת בבניין ישן, אך הדירה עצמה נקיה וראויה. חשוב להדגיש שלא מדובר בבית מלון אלא בדירה פרטית. יש לציית לחוקי הבית ולשמור על הנקיון. אשמח לארח אתכם!

Fully furnished modern apartment. Sleeping room with the comfortable bed, wardrobes, TV, air conditioner. Bathroom with a shower. Kitchen with all staff and equipment (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc). Salon with sofas, TV, air conditioner and dining area. Everything you may need: pillows, linens, towels etc. are included. Balcony has an amazing view of the sea and nice sitting area. Parking is in the building. Beach is around 10 min walk. Mall is around 15 min walk.
