French bakery just around the corner, 2-3 restaurants, local shops and bus stop at walking distance. It is 5-10 mins from the center of Grand-Baie and 900m from Mon Choisy public beach (3 mins by car).

Bus, voitures, restaurants, visiteurs, marchands, loueurs de voitures consituent l environnement immédiat qui précède et surtout contraste avec la quiétude de la fameuse plage de Trou auux Biches.

Come and enjoy our little Mauritian nest, an Art Deco-inspired villa designed by us for couples and individuals in search of tranquility. The villa is located in a peaceful environment filled with the melodies of birdsong, just a few minutes' drive from Trou-aux-Biches beach (voted as one of the top 3 most beautiful beaches in Mauritius in 2022) and all the essentials for a wonderful stay (supermarket, local restaurants, pharmacies...).

Contemporary waterfront flat, for adults only, close to all amenities. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen overlooking the living room, covered terrace overlooking the pool and the Indian Ocean. Well maintained outdoor area with direct acces to the pool and the beach. Location for a car in the inner courtyard, 24/24 surveillance. Provision of bed linen and towels, cleaning lady on site every working day.

Across the road (3 mins walk), you will find Bain Boeuf beach which boasts a stunning view of Coin de Mire. From Bain Boeuf beach, you can walk along the most beautiful beaches up to Pereybere! Bain Boeuf is 10mins to Grand Bay and 10mins to Cap Malheureux (Red Church). No smoking inside the studio.
