Located between Troyes,Chaumont and Dijon,we are on the road to Crémant de Bourgogne, at the gates of the Aube (Champagne) and at the gates of the Yonne (the Chablis). In the garden,you will have a nice view of the countryside. Two steps away,there is the lake and the Marcenay bar/restaurant. Beautiful discoveries in perspective.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Gold Coast, this typical Burgundian hamlet surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this former farmhouse with a caretaker on site is equipped with a heated swimming pool, tennis, billiards and boulodrome, and welcomes you for the month, week or long weekend.

We will be happy to welcome you with ease for a stay in the countryside, in calm for a real rest. away from the noise. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large enclosed garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The garden allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will be a change of scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
