Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Romantic spring on the farm Romantic, secluded accommodation in the countryside, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is located near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is perfect for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Bucheggerl

A cosy cabin right on the Große Rodl – perfect for unwinding in the midst of nature. You can expect a stylishly renovated cottage with a cosy sleeping area and a view of the greenery, a modern bathroom, a small kitchen, a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen, and a private garden with a fire pit right by the water. Ideal for couples, those seeking peace and quiet, and nature lovers. Enjoy sunsets by the river, birdsong and pure relaxation in a unique atmosphere. Coffee machine: Caffissimo

Old Town Living Studio

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

The area offers countless paths for walking and cycling. Very close by, in the village of Karlstift, there is a ski lift and a beautiful natural swimming lake.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
