In the heart of Salento, close to the most important seaside resorts as Castro, Santa Cesarea, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and other breath-taking Salento baroque places we rent out a very typical ancient (late XVII century) and bright vault apartment, all restored, around 100 squared meters big, situated in a very old courtyard dating back to the XVII century. The apartment has a brand new modern kitchen, a bathroom with tub, two huge bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single bed, though we are about to buy a sofa-bed, a living room with tv. The house is very fresh during summertime due to the very old and thick load-bearing walls. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. A private parkplace is also included for free. The apartment still preserves the charme of the past, keypoint in the process of restauration,yet mixed with modernity like the kitchen and the bathroom. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
