My house is small but cozy and bright, it has all the comforts, but what makes it really special is the beautiful view. Please note that the neighborhood is located on a hill, so the road is always uphill to get there! But at the same time, this location is strategic for quickly reaching the tourist area, all the attractions, the port, the station, and the buses.

The apartment is located in the Villanova neighborhood. This is one of the four historic districts of Cagliari that make up the city center. Close to the pedestrian shopping area, all the city's cultural centers, and the Saint Remy bastion. Nearby are the churches of San Saturnino and San Domenico. Very close to the marina and all the city's historic centers of interest. The street, although in the central area, has free parking.
