Located on a fenced, wooded recreational plot in a quiet and peaceful area - in a unique place such as Dubicze Cerkiewne. Guests have access to: a terrace, a tool shed [with the possibility of storing bicycles or motorcycles], a barbecue, a hammock, and garden furniture. The Bachmaty reservoir and swimming area are about 300 M. The eastern Green Velo bicycle trail runs nearby and the Białowieża Forest is literally a step away.

Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. The cottage is located in the quiet village of Płociczno-Tartak in the vicinity of other buildings, right next to the Wigry National Park, just 500m from Lake Staw and 700m from Lake Wigry. Our place is also a great base for exploring the region's attractions, such as the Post-Camaldolese monastery or Augustów.

An additional attraction is the breeding of donkeys, which roam freely around the property (you can feed them carrots :). The cottage is heated by a fireplace. Private booking is possible.
